Custom Blends: Custom herb and tea blends are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to orders over $75 amount.
Tracking: Users can track their orders through their accounts or the tracking number provided via email.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns on non-consumable items (e.g., t-shirts, mugs) within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Consumable products (teas, herbs) are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
